Arriving from the Autostrada del Sole (A1) take the exit for "Valdichiana" and follow signs for Sinalunga. Take the road to Trequanda and then on to Montisi. The exit from the Autostrada is 20 km from Montisi.

Arriving from the Cassia (SS 2), exit at Torrenieri. Head towards S. Giovanni d’Asso and then on to Montisi. The exit from the Cassia is 15 km from Montisi.

From Montisi it is easy to reach towns, villages and abbeys of great historical and artistic importance. Particularly worth visiting are Siena (50 km), Pienza (12 km), Montepulciano (18 km), Montalcino (27 km), Monte Oliveto Maggiore (15 km), S. Antimo (33 km).

There are also many pleasant walks and cycle routes in the area . "La Grancia" can provide mountain bikes on request.
